For the month of December, we’re offering two limited-time Christmas night routes that perfectly capture New Orleans Holiday Spirit.
The new holiday tours not only take you over the city of New Orleans but also circle the Celebration in the Oaks which is one of the largest Christmas Light Festivals in the USA. The Celebration is hosted in beautiful New Orleans’ City Park and has become a New Orleans family holiday tradition that draws over 185,000 visitors each year.
Your holiday adventure will start by taking a flight from Lake Front Airport, flying over the city of New Orleans, and finally completing a loop around City Park and the Celebration of the Oaks to take in the entire light festival from above! The experience will leave you with the thrill of taking flight, views you’ll never forget, and a new appreciation for New Orleans and the Holiday Season!
Holiday Celebration tour options
25-mile HOLIDAY TOUR
25 MILES | $185 PER PERSON
Join us after sunset for our night flight to see just how bright the City Park sparkles during the Celebration in the Oaks Light Festival. You’ll get the chance to fly over the city of New Orleans followed by a loop around the Celebration of the Oaks Light festivals.

40-mile HOLIDAY tour
40 MILES | $275 PER PERSON
For our 40 Mile Holiday tour, you are going to get the chance to experience the Christmas Lights at LaFrenier Park in Metairie as well as the full tour around downtown New Orleans and the Celebration in the Oaks Light display in City Park.
This is the tour with the most lights!
On Monday’s and Tuesday’s before 12/19 Celebration in the Oaks is not turned on, and a second loop around LaFrenier Park is included instead.

Papa Noel Bonfire Flights
Approx. 70 Minutes
$769 per person (Group of 2) or $599 per person (Group of 3)
Join us on the night of December 24th and takeoff from the New Orleans Lakefront Airport and fly along the Mississippi River to see the Christmas Eve Bonfires on the Levee from above!
The bonfires light the way to guide Papa Noel into Cajun Country on Christmas Eve. Don’t miss your chance to fly the same route as Papa Noel down the Mississippi River. Maybe you’ll even get a picture of Papa Noel himself!
